This Privacy Policy explains how Jobdomain ("Jobdomain", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit jobdomain.co, apply for a role, or engage with us as an employer or partner agency.
Jobdomain sources, screens and places workers in the Netherlands, Germany, Sweden and the UAE. Because we handle sensitive documentation — including identity, passport, work-permit and visa information — we take data protection seriously and process this data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable local law in each country we operate in.
Jobdomain is the data controller for personal data processed through this website and our recruitment services. For any privacy question or request, contact us at privacy@jobdomain.co.
If you're a candidate applying for a role, we may collect:
If you're an employer or partner agency, we may collect:
If you simply visit the website, we may collect:
Some information we handle — particularly health or medical fitness certificates required for certain roles — is "special category data" under Article 9 GDPR and receives extra protection. We only collect this where it's legally required for the role or visa process, and we rely on your explicit consent or another lawful basis permitted under Article 9 before processing it.

| Responding to employer or agency enquiries | Legitimate interests (6(1)(f)) |
| Sending newsletter updates | Consent (6(1)(a)) — withdrawable at any time |
| Record-keeping required by labor or immigration law | Legal obligation (6(1)(c)) |
We share personal data only where necessary to deliver our services, including with:
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
Because we place workers in the UAE — a country without an EU adequacy decision — and may work with candidates or partner agencies outside the EEA, personal data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards required by GDPR, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain candidate data for 12 months after our last contact with you if you are not placed in a role, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Where you are placed, we retain records for as long as required by applicable labor, immigration and tax law in the relevant country — this can be several years.
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@jobdomain.co.
This site may use essential cookies required for it to function, and — if analytics or marketing tools are added — non-essential cookies that require your consent under EU ePrivacy rules.
Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss or misuse, particularly given the sensitivity of identity and immigration documents we handle.
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
